Having served as a Director at American Express, Arthur Andersen Consulting, and Convergys (now Concentrix), he undoubtedly refined his skills in crafting and implementing customer experience strategies. His six-year tenure as Chairman of the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders underscores his commitment to excellence in this field.
