The ONE DAY seminar to help participants with an understanding of process improvement and how to use process management to improve organizational effectiveness!

Process and Value Stream Mapping are techniques which look at your business’s core business processes in order to identify the issues associated with business performance.  These issues can then be prioritized and addressed.  However, many organizations find that in spite of all their efforts in mapping, it is very difficult to pin down the issues sufficiently well to get the results they need. Surveys of internal projects reveal the true success rates as low as 2%.

This one day practical workshop is designed to provide managers with an understanding of these techniques – and in particular, which elements to focus on to ensure that significant, real benefits are obtained quickly.  The seminar leader will draw on case study material from over 400 hundred projects (including for example: Swire Group, Shell, P&O Nedlloyd, General Electric, ANZ Banking Group).  He will highlight and discuss key elements of mapping to enable you to set up projects to deliver results quickly – weeks not months – and avoid the scepticism, resistance and delays often associated with this work.

St. John Cameron St.John has been deeply involved with process and business stream mapping in Europe, Southern Africa, South-East Asia and Greater China, for the last 18 years. His more local Clients have included, the Swire Group, Degussa, Khan Bank, Bank Utama and Demag. He heads the Asian office for The Bevington Group, the largest specialist in productivity consulting and training methodology provider in Australasia. St.John has lived and worked in the region for over ten years. Prior to setting up Bevington Process Management (Asia)Ltd. He headed up the Proudfoot Consulting Greater China office in Hong Kong.
