O Chan had worked in Motorola and Philips and has
wide experience in using Six Sigma. He is an ASQ certified
Six Sigma Black Belt. Mr. Chan holds a BSc degree in Engineering
from University of Hong Kong, MSc and ME degree from Imperial
College, University of London, UK and Sydney University,
Australia. Mr. Chan had conducted Six Sigma workshops to
Standard Chartered Ban, Metro Financial Radio Station and
a number of universities in HK and China.
