Course Outline:

This course integrates the PMBOK® Guide, PMI’s premiere standard documents, with specially developed information that is sufficient for an individual to acquire project management knowledge at a professional level. It is an experiential training with a 3600 approach to project management, addressing processes, people and practical experience. Through interactive discussions, case studies and hands-on exercises, with special emphasis on immediate and on-the-job applicability, this training provides you with a set of useful processes and tools to enhance project team performance. The dynamic exam preparation walkthroughs further build up your mindset and techniques in approaching different types of questions for the PMP® certification exam.

The Facilitator
Sylvain Gauthier Sylvain Gauthier is a professional specializing in project management in the field of new product and business development. He is an expert in project management training and has attained his PMP® in 1998. In each year, he trains up more than 100 executives for the PMP® certification. He has a solid background and extensive experience in business planning, cost management and the implementation of project management office for large corporations. For the past 15 years, he has worked with project teams with telecom service providers, equipment manufacturer, IT, TV broadcasting and e-business in Canada, US, Europe and Asia. His recent projects include the Formula One World Championship in Shanghai in 2005 and the Beijing Olympic Games 2008.
