Sidney Yuen has extensive experience as an internal and external consultant. He work revolves around the issues of change, quality, diversity and renewal. A writer, speaker and facilitator, Sidney has written a series of articles for newspapers and magazines on topics of management consulting, change, vision and leadership.
Sidney was instrumental in the setting up the HKMA Quality Award and the Hong Kong Benchmarking Clearinghouse (HBC). Prior to his current position as CEO of HBC, Sidney was HR Manager of Swire and BAT, Quality Director of American Express and Director of Change Management Practice at Andersen Business Consulting. He has trained and consulted with hundreds of executives and has received excellent rating and feedback from his clients.
