Norris Yang, Chairman of the HK Mediation Council, has been practicing international commercial law for over 20 years and is qualified as a legal practitioner in Hong Kong, England, Canada, Australia and Singapore. He is appointed by Department of Justice of the PRC as an Attesting Officer.

Norris specializes in dispute management and resolution. He has trained hundreds of senior government officials and business executives on Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques.

As a member of various professional panels of mediators and arbitrators (including the “Panel of Distinguished Internationals” of the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution of New York (www.cpradr.org), Norris brings a vast experience that could help organizations save cost and create a win-win resolution.
