Francis is a Principal of HBC. He is a bilingual professional specializing in portfolio, project and program management and purchasing management. For the past 30 years he has worked with large companies in project and project office managements from the US, Canada and Asia. In particular, his work in the adaptation of project management processes and his creation of earned value management tool to assist business to manage their projects more effectively. Francis was a Nortel program manager and senior VP of Systek directing multiple projects simultaneously following the Nortel corporate project management process, which he now applies to his own independent project management consulting business.

ITIL® v3 Foundation Certification Program

The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 is the current version of the most widely adopted best practice framework for IT management. Francis is a Principal of HBC. He is PMP®, P. Eng, MBA, RCDD. He has over 30 years of experience specializing in project management and procurement managment. A certified trainer for the Project Management Institute and the European Institute of Procurement Management (EIPM) programs. He is stong in PMI® project management framework and the Prince2TM project management methodology training and implementation. He is also a PhD canadidate in strategic portfolio program management. Francis is also a trainer for Prince2, ITIL and P3O under UK’s OGC (Office Government Commerce). Francis has years of experience in project management and business development training, has a solid background and extensive work done in business planning, cost management and the implementation of project management office (PMO) for large corporations.

Sidney Yuen

Sidney has worked, consulted and spoken on the topics of Quality, Customer Relationship Management, Leadership and Change Management for 20 years. He is CEO of HBC. Prior to this appointment, Sidney was Director of Customer Service & Quality at American Express and Head of the Change Management Practice at Andersen Business Consulting, Greater China.

Sidney introduced the Concept of Malcolm Baldrige Award to Hong Kong in 1991. He subsequently became the Founding Chairman of the HK Quality Award’s Board of Examiners. He was also instrumental in the creation of the HK Call Centre Award and the HK Best Practice Awards.
